This class is for beginning students. We explore the art of fullwave breathing along with proper, safe alignment in basic yoga postures. Here you gain some insight into the reasons for practicing Yoga and how the practice can apply to you personally.  There is open discussion with an aim to answer all of your questions.  Ideally new students attend this class several times before attending other classes.
